The ‘Library’ of the IANUS crowdsourcing observatory aims to collect and provide information for external sources (e.g., websites, projects, initiatives, etc.) that deal with and refer to trust in science, biomedical field, nanotechnology and neurotechnology, AI, climate change and biodiversity.

ITRUSTAI
A multi-national interdisciplinary project that aims to identify specific AI technologies that can address critical records and archives challenges; determine the benefits and risks of using AI technologies on records and archives; and ensure that archival concepts and principles inform the development of responsible AI.
TAPAS
An H2020 project that aims to systematicly explore the AI/ML solutions towards increasing levels of automation in specific ATM scenarios, through analysis and experimental activities, with the objective to deliver principles of transparency, enabling the application of AI/ML supported automation in ATM.
DeciTrustNET
An H2020 project that aims to create a novel framework for trust based social choice in networks and with uncertain knowledge by merging multiple individuals’ preferences in an adaptive manner to reduce the disagreements among them, and automatically provide a recommendation with a maximal consensus.
To trust or not to trust?
A published report that discusses young people’s trust or distrust in climate change science. The aim is to show how the emotional dimension of trust in climate change science plays a role for an engagement at two levels: denial of climate change, and ambivalence of behavioral advice.
The role of trust for climate change mitigation and adaptation behaviour
A published report that explaines that the climate change mitigation and adaptation depend on the public's trust in experts, by presenting results of a meta-analysis that examines the role of trust in institutions, scientists, industry, environmental groups and people in general, in relation to different climate-friendly behaviours.
Edelman
Edelman is a global communications firm with active reserach on Trust in Science. It coordinates the Edelman Trust Barometer, which offers real-world insights; the trust consulting platform, Edelman Trust Management; and the research institute and learning laboratory, Edelman Trust Institute.
VERITY
A Horizon Europe project that aims to strengthen the public's confidence in scientific findings and foster informed decision-making based on scientific evidence, by developing a Protocol of Recommendations for ‘stewards of trust’ to provide guidelines and methods to enhance trust in science and facilitate science-society co-creation.
POIESIS
A Horizon Europe project that strives to tackle societal mistrust in science by understanding how societal trust in science, research, and innovation is affected by the aligning of research practices with principles of research integrity and by the integration of citizens and societal stakeholders in different phases of the research cycle.
ALLIANCE FOR SCIENCE
An initiative that advocate for science-based solutions to the key issues of our time, including reducing agriculture’s environmental footprint, mitigating the climate crisis, reducing poverty, and improving food security and nutrition, by providing multimedia communications campaigns, training in leadership, etc.
CONCISE
A H2020 project that conducts consultations in three southern European countries (Italy, Portugal and Spain) and two central European countries (Poland and Slovakia). Almost 500 citizens were engaged, and questions were focused on four science issues: vaccines, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), climate change and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Transparency, consent and trust in the use of customers' data
A published report that discussues about transparency, consent and trust in the use of customers' data by an online genetic testing company. It is an exploratory survey among 23andMe users whose genetic testing and personal data not only has been used in 23andMe R&D activities and commercial partnerships.
